Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle ownership, from initiation through closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) while maintaining Jira/Asana workflows
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans to ensure continuity
- Lead stakeholder communications through executive dashboards, status reports, and strategic presentations
- Mentor junior project managers while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Champion process optimization through data-driven decision making and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred; Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus
- Proven track record delivering complex software/hardware projects with $500K+ budgets
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, and resource planning tools
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Advanced proficiency in risk management methodologies and change control processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination across multiple time zones
