Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management, including scope definition, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and mentor junior project teams in best practices
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Conduct post-project reviews to document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification required)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project frameworks
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500K and cross-functional teams of 10+ members
