As the Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the bridge between our technical teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving execution excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring all milestones are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with key stakeholders and department heads.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to optimize project efficiency.
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior leadership and clients regularly.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the Software or Technology sector.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with high visibility.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
