Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while managing stakeholder expectations
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Monitor project KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Present progress reports to executive leadership and adjust strategies as needed
- Mentor junior project managers and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in managing $1M+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and data visualization
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote/hybrid team leadership
