Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-scale SaaS deployments
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using JIRA and MS Project
- Budget forecasting and financial oversight for multi-million dollar portfolios
- Process optimization through retrospectives and continuous improvement
- Vendor management and third-party integrations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech project management with 3+ leading enterprise projects
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven success managing remote/distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
