Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation, resource allocation, and budget management for complex tech initiatives
- Agile/Scrum methodologies implementation with JIRA and Confluence expertise
- Leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers
- Delivering project status reports and KPI tracking to leadership
- Process optimization and continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or product development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and resource optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing distributed teams and remote collaboration
