Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, scope documents, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage project budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity and adaptability
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive leadership
- Foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Experience managing budgets over $500K and cross-functional teams of 10+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
