Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of project lifecycles: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder management across engineering, product, and executive leadership
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution with 360° visibility
- Financial oversight: budget tracking, cost analysis, and ROI optimization
- Team leadership: mentoring PMs and fostering high-performance collaboration
- Process improvement: implementing agile/Scrum frameworks and PMO standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ leading tech initiatives
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise software projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication with C-level stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent experience
