Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for enterprise-level software deployments
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives using Scrum methodology
- Monitor KPIs and budget variances, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate with engineering, UX, and product teams to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
- Manage stakeholder communications through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities and document lessons learned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
