Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies while maintaining waterfall governance for hybrid methodologies
- Stakeholder communication across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Drive digital transformation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Implement PMO best practices and optimize project delivery frameworks
- Mentor junior PMs and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/SAAS
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Advanced data analysis skills for performance tracking
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Master's degree in Business or related field preferred
