Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder alignment across engineering, product, and executive teams to ensure strategic objectives
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution with data-driven decision frameworks
- Budget optimization and resource allocation for maximum ROI
- Performance tracking via JIRA, Confluence, and PMO dashboards
- Vendor management and cross-functional team leadership
- Process improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and quality
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex SaaS or cloud infrastructure projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite stakeholders
