Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and implement Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans
- Monitor KPIs, track progress against milestones, and provide executive-level reporting
- Stakeholder management: communicate project status, resolve conflicts, and align expectations
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for external project components
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams (15+ members)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience scaling agile methodologies in enterprise environments
