Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication across departments, clients, and vendors
- Resource allocation, budget management, and timeline optimization
- Risk identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning
- Implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana workflows
- Performance tracking using KPIs and post-project analysis reporting
- Mentorship of junior project team members and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in Agile frameworks, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of managing complex enterprise projects with budgets >$500K
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience leading remote/distributed teams across multiple time zones
