Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level digital projects from conception to deployment
- Strategic resource allocation and budget management for multi-million dollar initiatives
- Facilitation of Agile ceremonies and optimization of Scrum/Kanban workflows
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, technical teams, and external partners
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using advanced PM methodologies
- Implementation of PMO best practices and continuous improvement frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech focus
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering complex software development projects
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and enterprise PM tools
- Advanced data analysis skills with MS Project/MS Visio proficiency
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
