Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of $1M+ enterprise projects across cloud infrastructure and SaaS platforms
- Develop and execute project roadmaps with JIRA and Asana while maintaining 95% on-time delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) for 15+ cross-functional teams
- Implement risk mitigation frameworks reducing project overruns by 40%
- Lead stakeholder communications with C-suite executives and external partners
- Drive process improvements through PMO initiatives and best practice standardization
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience with 3+ in tech/SaaS
- PMP or CPM certification mandatory; Agile/Scrum Master certification preferred
- Expertise in scaling Waterfall and Agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- Proven success managing complex integrations with Salesforce, AWS, and MS Azure
- Advanced data visualization with Tableau/Power BI for portfolio reporting
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
- Strong quantitative background with cost-benefit analysis capabilities
