Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder alignment and communication across technical, business, and executive teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Resource allocation and budget management for complex multi-disciplinary projects
- Implementation of PMO standards and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Vendor management and third-party coordination for outsourced deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field; PMP certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record delivering projects with $500K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and MS Project/Power BI
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with ISO 9001 and CMMI compliance frameworks
