Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from conception to delivery using Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Coordinate 10+ cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Implement JIRA/Asana workflows and maintain real-time project dashboards
- Stakeholder management: Communicate progress to C-suite and external partners
- Drive process optimization through retrospectives and KPI monitoring
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/SAAS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies for enterprise-level projects
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 6-month+ delivery timelines
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
