Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management: Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex technology projects
- Stakeholder alignment: Translate business requirements into actionable project plans while managing expectations across executives, clients, and technical teams
- Resource optimization: Allocate budgets, personnel, and technology to maximize efficiency and ROI
- Risk mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks using industry-standard methodologies
- Performance tracking: Implement KPIs and reporting frameworks to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Agile leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams in Agile/Scrum best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with 3+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven expertise managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members and budgets exceeding $1M
- Mastery of project management tools: JIRA, Asana, MS Project, and Confluence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision making and process optimization
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time within budget while maintaining quality standards
