- Resource allocation and team leadership (5-8 direct reports)
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution
- Budget oversight and financial reporting
- Process optimization using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Vendor relationship management and contract compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven track record in SaaS or tech product delivery
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
