Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex enterprise projects, including scope definition, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management
- Lead cross-functional teams of 10+ engineers, designers, and analysts to deliver on-time and on-budget outcomes
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies while adapting to hybrid waterfall frameworks as needed
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify optimization opportunities and document lessons learned
- Manage project budgets exceeding $5M with rigorous financial tracking and variance analysis
- Act as primary liaison between technical teams and C-level executives, translating technical complexities into business insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience, including 3+ years in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; CSM or PgMP preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies with hands-on tool experience (JIRA, Asana, MS Project)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, forecasting, and ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
