Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications across executive, technical, and client teams
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining budget and timeline integrity
- Implement PMO standards and continuous improvement processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team collaboration
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and enterprise project management tools
- Proven success managing complex software development projects
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
