- Lead agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to ensure iterative progress and adaptability
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all levels
- Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior project managers and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
- Utilize Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for seamless project tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in managing complex enterprise-scale projects
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Experience with remote/distributed team coordination
