Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex technology projects from scoping to go-live
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) and ensure adherence to Scrum/Kanban principles
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining stakeholder alignment
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless collaboration
- Track KPIs and provide executive-level reporting on project health and ROI
- Optimize processes through continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/product environments
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale digital projects on time and within budget
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing remote teams and global stakeholders across time zones
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
