Responsibilities

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across all levels
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality standards
- Monitor project progress using Agile methodologies and Jira/Asana tools
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and product teams to ensure seamless integration
- Prepare regular status reports and present findings to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional risk management and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
- PMP or similar certification required
- Experience managing remote teams and cross-functional collaboration
