Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality delivery
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination and communication
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven track record leading complex software development projects
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk management and budgeting
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
