Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level software development projects from conception to deployment
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) using JIRA and Asana
- Develop comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance team velocity
- Mentor junior PMs and conduct project health audits
- Manage project budgets exceeding $2M with 95%+ delivery accuracy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management with 3+ years in tech/software development
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven experience with agile/scrum methodologies and waterfall hybrid models
- Expertise in risk management, budget forecasting, and resource planning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Project and data visualization tools
- Excellent conflict resolution and negotiation abilities
- Experience managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
