Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise-level initiatives using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage cross-functional teams of 10+ members across engineering, design, and product domains
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and MS Project tools
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through executive presentations and status reports
- Maintain project budgets within ±5% variance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification with active maintenance
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with CSPO certification
- Proven success managing $1M+ budgets and 12-month+ project timelines
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing remote teams
