Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for high-stakes digital transformation initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive-level reporting through dashboards and status reviews
- Implement risk mitigation frameworks and change management protocols to ensure project continuity
- Mentor junior project managers and champion continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Collaborate with product teams to define scope, prioritize features, and ensure technical feasibility
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies with PMP or CPM certification
- Track record of delivering complex tech projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong background in stakeholder management across C-suite and technical teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
