Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and status updates
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for external resources
- Mentor junior project managers and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or software development
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in resource allocation and budget management
- Exceptional communication abilities with executive stakeholders and technical teams
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience with remote team management and distributed workflows
