Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Monitor project KPIs, provide executive dashboards, and drive continuous process improvements

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CPM certification required with proven track record of complex project delivery
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, Jira, and Microsoft Project/Project Online
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Strong financial acumen including budget forecasting and cost-benefit analysis
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior PMs and fostering team development
