Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with strategic business goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely milestone achievement
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across complex portfolios
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and status reports
- Implement continuous improvement processes in project delivery frameworks
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 certification required
- 8+ years progressive project management experience in tech or sustainability sector
- Proven expertise scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies across distributed teams
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project ecosystems
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite experience
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M with variance tracking
