Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product) to deliver milestones within budget and timeline
- Develop detailed project roadmaps, resource allocation plans, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups) while maintaining waterfall compliance
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, clients, and vendor partners
- Implement continuous improvement processes for project delivery efficiency
- Leverage Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for real-time tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with 3+ in tech or SaaS environments
- PMP or CSM certification required with demonstrable expertise in hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects ($500K+ budgets)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and MS Suite
- Experience with offshore/onshore team coordination across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
