Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of complex tech projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA and Asana
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for technical and operational challenges
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through executive dashboards and progress reports
- Mentor junior PMs and foster continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP or CPM certification with proven Agile/Scrum mastery
- Expertise in cloud migration and SaaS implementation projects
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence)
- Demonstrated success managing budgets exceeding $500K
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills in matrix organizations
