- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows for transparent progress tracking
- Stakeholder management with C-suite executives and external partners
- Risk mitigation through predictive analytics and contingency planning
- Champion agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Quantify ROI through KPI dashboards and post-implementation reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive project management experience
- PMP/PRM certification or equivalent advanced credentials
- Proven track record managing $1M+ technology projects
- Expertise in hybrid agile-waterfall methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful digital transformation projects
