Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software solutions, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and implement hybrid methodologies to optimize team performance
- Develop detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation models
- Act as primary stakeholder liaison, managing expectations and communicating progress to executives
- Drive continuous improvement processes through data-driven decision making
- Mentor junior project managers and foster collaborative team environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience
- PMP or CPM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record managing complex software development projects with cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in risk management and budget oversight exceeding $500K
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools
