- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity

- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS or tech product delivery
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and JIRA/Asana platforms
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
