Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Implement JIRA, Confluence, and Asana for workflow optimization
- Present project status to executive leadership with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior project managers through PMO frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and hybrid methodologies
- Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS products
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project)
- Strong analytical skills with financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
