Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic vision.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status, risks, and successes to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Manage budgets and financial forecasting to ensure projects remain within scope and cost constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Project Management (5+ years) with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Practitioner is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience in both.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Asana.
