Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and production of construction documentation for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate seamlessly with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to meet rigorous firm standards.
- Mentor junior design staff and oversee the quality control of technical drawings.
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction compliance with design intent.
- Navigate complex municipal building codes and zoning requirements in NYC.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Current AIA licensure in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in an architecture firm.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and building envelope performance.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
