As a key leader in our firm, you will oversee high-profile commercial and mixed-use projects, ensuring design integrity while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver world-class architectural solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex commercial and institutional projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipal agencies throughout all project phases.
- Manage production of architectural documents, ensuring high standards of technical accuracy.
- Direct project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and mentorship of junior staff.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and submittal reviews.
- Implement sustainable design strategies to achieve LEED and WELL building certifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in an architectural firm environment.
- Licensed Architect (AIA) or actively pursuing licensure.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning ordinances.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale urban developments.
