Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development from conceptual phases through to construction documentation.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control standards across all phases.
- Direct the preparation of detailed CAD and BIM models to ensure technical accuracy.
- Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior design staff and intern architects.
- Navigate local zoning regulations, building codes, and municipal approval processes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is meticulously executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Licensed Architect (RA) registered in the United States preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in mid-to-large scale commercial or residential projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of IBC codes, zoning ordinances, and ADA accessibility standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-management abilities.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from schematic design to closeout.
