We are seeking a visionary Senior Project Architect to lead complex, high-profile projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver sustainable, iconic structures that define the modern Seattle skyline.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex commercial and mixed-use projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents and permit sets.
- Mentor junior design staff and ensure rigorous quality control across all project phases.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and compliance with local building codes.
- Represent the firm in client presentations and municipal agency meetings.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active NCARB certification and Washington State Licensure (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building systems, sustainability standards, and construction detailing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
