Responsibilities
- Lead design development and technical documentation for mid-to-large scale projects.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and local city agencies to ensure project compliance.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior architects and design staff.
- Oversee site visits and field reports to ensure construction adheres to architectural intent.
- Prepare and present high-level design presentations to clients and planning boards.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) required.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a professional architectural practice.
- Licensed Architect (AIA or equivalent) preferred.
- High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and zoning requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
