Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle, from initial concept design to final construction administration.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance and quality.
- Produce and oversee the development of high-quality construction documents and detailed specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and foster a culture of professional growth and design excellence.
- Oversee site visits and construction meetings to ensure design intent is meticulously executed.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited university.
- Current AIA licensure in New York State or eligibility for reciprocity.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in a design-focused architectural firm.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning regulations, and local permit processes.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or multi-family residential projects.
