As a leader in our studio, you will mentor junior staff while serving as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of design concepts and technical documentation for large-scale urban projects.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, municipal agencies, and contractors to ensure design integrity.
- Manage project phases from schematic design through construction administration.
- Mentor and review the work of junior architectural staff to maintain design standards.
- Oversee code compliance, zoning analysis, and permit processing strategies.
- Lead client presentations and project meetings with professional poise and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Current Architectural Licensure in the United States.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family residential architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of IBC/WSEC codes and construction delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and consultant teams.
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification is highly preferred.
