Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex multi-use projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure design integrity.
- Manage project documentation sets ensuring compliance with IBC and local zoning codes.
- Mentor junior staff and oversee architectural production standards.
- Oversee construction administration activities, including site visits and RFI management.
- Lead presentations for stakeholders and design review boards.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Current Architectural Licensure (RA) in the United States.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in commercial or mixed-use architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM project delivery.
- Strong understanding of structural systems and building envelope technologies.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and consultant teams.
