In this role, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, from initial conceptual design through construction administration. We value candidates who balance aesthetic excellence with technical precision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of large-scale commercial projects.
- Manage project teams, coordinating with consultants, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure project compliance with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction documents and permit sets.
- Conduct on-site construction administration to ensure design intent is realized.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Coordinate with clients to present design concepts and manage project expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB certification preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex project budgets and aggressive schedules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
