Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex multi-million dollar projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, ensuring code compliance and high-quality detailing.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and review design deliverables for technical accuracy.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, design presentations, and public hearings.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active Architectural License (AIA/NCARB preferred).
- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems, zoning codes, and ADA requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
