Responsibilities
- Lead design development and technical documentation for large-scale commercial projects.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Manage project phases from schematic design through to construction administration.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and review team deliverables for accuracy and design intent.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements.
- Utilize advanced modeling software to create high-fidelity design prototypes and visualizations.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Current Architectural License (RA) in the United States.
- 8+ years of professional experience in commercial or multi-family architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material science.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams.
- LEED AP certification is highly preferred.
