Responsibilities
- Lead the design development process for large-scale urban projects.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants to ensure design integrity and structural feasibility.
- Manage production of detailed construction documentation and BIM models.
- Oversee code compliance, permitting, and zoning requirements for complex sites.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and foster a culture of creative collaboration.
- Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and stakeholder reviews.
- Direct site visits and construction administration to ensure design intent is realized.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch required).
- Licensed Architect (AIA/NCARB) with 8+ years of professional experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong technical knowledge of building envelope systems and sustainable design practices.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and complex consultant teams.
- Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in dense urban environments.
